Design concept is formed on this potential. To achieve this idea, proposal design suggests that accessing shipyard only from the sea during the events (see image down).
During the temporary intervention parts of the yard only by boat, will be achieved, whereby both the charm of the waterfront location, as well as the specific nature of the floating project is underlined. The intervention area has three dry docks, each separated by built-up areas. The corridors and walls between the docks are lined with red cloth and neutralized in this way. The docks themselves form an active zone, which takes place in a variety of activities and performances. One of the docks will be filled with water and modules with a raft, to be "floating surfaces" fitted, which function as required for transportation or concert stage. The construction is paid to sustainability through eco-friendly materials.
